Agreement

• By using our services you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• Estimates and quotes provided are valid for 14 days from issue. Estimates may change if issues are discovered during repairs.

• Whilst we strive to return equipment as fast as possible, delays arising from extensive repairs or hard to source parts may mean that repairs may be rejected or delayed. 

• Upon receival of the equipment, any delays, extensive repair estimates or other issues will be discussed with the Client as soon as possible.

Liability

• Accessories (cartridges, slipmats, cases, cables) are left with Heeps at the Clients own risk.

• We aim to use new parts where possible, however we may use refurbished or secondhand parts where available and discussed with the Client to ensure cost effective and/or timely return. Used parts are not covered under our Limited Repair Warranty.​​​

Warranty

• We offer a 1 year extended Warranty on all Labour provided in the course of repair.

• Any parts used or installed which are New are covered for 6 months from date of installation.

• Used or refurbished parts are not covered under this Warranty.

• the Limited Warranty described above does not include accidental damage, misuse or general wear and tear of the item. We reserve the right to reject a warranty claim upon receival and inspection of the unit.

Abandoned Items

• We do not have capacity to store completed repair units for longer than 30 days and any equipment not collected may be forfeited to us. We reserve the right to keep units to recover the cost of repairs under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 2012.

• We will make every effort to contact you with the details provided to us prior to forfeit of goods. This may include phone calls, text messages, E-mails.

Payment

• Payment for all services must be paid in full on/before pickup of the equipment.

• We accept Cash, Card (inc Amex w/ 2% Surcharge) and Bank Transfer.
